Ashridge House

Jewish Wedding

There are few venues as stunning as Ashridge House, where we are proud to be a recommended supplier. Offering multiple rooms, beautiful architecture and unrivalled views, it oozes sophistication whilst providing all of the space and freedom to put on the party of a lifetime. And Ed and Amy’s wedding was just that.

Ashridge House offers a couple of spaces to hold your evening party in and Ed and Amy choose the Wyatt Room towards the back of the house. We began by transforming this space, adding a 2 tier white stage in the bay window, a white dance floor and party lighting, transforming this grand room and setting the scene for an evening of dancing and fun.

As the guests left the Repton Hall and made their way into the party space, we began the evening's entertainment with our interactive entrance set. This was followed by Ed and Amy's first dance, and they chose Song Bird by Fleetwood Mac. Dancing in such a stunning room and surrounded by our spectacular production, their choreographed dance was an elegant and classy start to the evening.

As a surprise to Ed and their guests, Amy had arranged a performance by her brother Tom, who performed a relaxed version of the Whitney Houston classic I Wanna Dance With Somebody. Tom's performance was brilliant and made for a special memory on such a momentous day. We love the special touch that guest performances bring to an occasion.

Following Tom's performance, it was party time and we began with back-to-back party classics picked from our song catalogue by Ed and Amy. This ensured that they were partying the night away to their favourite songs, songs they knew their guests, both old and young, would love dancing to.

Of course, it wasn't long before Ed and Amy made their way on stage to party alongside the band.

As ever, we delivered the night's entertainment in our trademark engaging and interactive style. With our 3 singers, guitarist and saxophonist performing, soloing and partying on the dance floor alongside Amy and Ed's guests, the dance floor was packed, start to finish. The only time it cleared was for Ed and Amy's stunning fireworks display overlooking the gardens directly behind the Wyatt Room.

Surrounded by their friends and loved ones, Amy and Ed danced, jumped and crowd surfed the night away until 1 am.

As the photos show, this was one fun-filled, energetic and nonstop blast of an evening. It was a pleasure and always a delight to be back at Ashridge House.
